Shopping & Shipping
Payment Methods back to topWe currently accept only Visa, Mastercard,Discover, and American Express credit card payments, as well as Paypal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.
Shipping (domestic) back to topWe ship within the USA UPS, and Federal Express (depending on what items are being shipped and final destination.) All orders include tacking and delivery confirmation. We recommend delivery confirmation on most order. Please contact us to request this. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.
Orders are processed Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. All orders ship within 10 days of purchase, as most products are custom made. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.

Because we recognize that our items make the perfect gift, we offer seasonal gift wrapping at no additional charge. Contact us for additional details or to request our gift wrapping service with personalized card.

For our creative customers we welcome and encourage custom orders or variations on most of our products. You want a longer chain on the Hamsa Necklace? We can do that. You want to upgrade the size of the Eternal Love Knot pendant? We can make it happen. You have a great design idea that you want to bring to life? Hit us with it. Simply shoot us an e-mail with your ideas/requests or for more general and pricing information.
Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be authorized by LoveTNT. Returns and exchanges for new items are accepted within 30 days for domestic and international purchases from the date of receipt. For return requests received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny or refuse any returns. All returned items must be sent via insured and traceable mail.
Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Missing back to top
If you have received a damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid return label and shipping will be on us.
Wrong Contents back to top
If at any chance you received an item that is the wrong size,color, or completely different from what you have ordered, please notify us within 3 business days to be eligible for exchange.
Credit Card Refunds back to top
Your credit card will be refunded upon receiving your returned item(s). It may take up to 3-4 business days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement.

Refunds are not available for sale items. All items indicated as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please do not return sale items to us, they will be shipped back to the customer.

constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that LoveTNT shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, LoveTNT shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
