Below you will find a list of FAQs to help answer many of our most common inquiries. If for whatever reason we do not provide a clear answer to a question that you are in search of, feel free to contact us directly.
We currently accept PayPal and Google Checkout via our website. We do process credit card payments over the phone. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
Shipping (domestic)We ship within the USA USPS, UPS, and Federal Express (depending on what items are being shipped and final destination.) All orders include tacking. We recommend delivery confirmation on most order. Please contact us to request this. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.
Orders are processed Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. All orders ship within 3-5 days of purchase. Shipping times may vary. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping (international)We love our fans from far away places. Check with us to see if we ship to your port of entry.
Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
Because we recognize that our items make the perfect gift, we offer seasonal gift wrapping at no additional charge. Contact us for additional details or to request our gift wrapping service with personalized card.

Return Policy
Please note: Due to the nature of consignment sales, LoveTNT does not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise authorized. Please contact us prior to purchase with any questions regarding a specific item. Measurements for each piece are taken with item lying flat and any and all obvious alterations made to a garment or accessory are diligently noted. All designer items are guaranteed 100% authentic or a full refund will be issued.
If you receive an item that has been damaged during the course of delivery, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid return label and shipping will be on us.
If at any time you received an item that is not what you ordered please notify us within 3 business days to be eligible for exchange.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is misrepresented, LoveTNT reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not
constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that LoveTNT shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, LoveTNT shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
